Getting Started with Reputraq

Reputraq is a real-time media intelligence and brand reputation monitoring platform. It aggregates data from Google News, social media, forums, blogs, and video platforms to give you a complete view of your brand's online presence. Get set up in under 5 minutes.

Create Your Account

1

Sign up at reputraq.com

Click "Get started" on the homepage or go directly to /signup. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
2

Choose a subscription plan

After signing in, select a plan that fits your needs. Plans include Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. Each plan differs in the number of keywords, competitors, and data retention days.
3

Create your first project

A project represents one brand or entity you want to monitor. Enter your brand name, industry, and primary keywords. This tells Reputraq what to track across all sources.
4

Configure your keywords

Go to Settings → Keywords to add the terms you want to monitor. These can be your brand name, product names, executive names, campaign hashtags, or any custom terms.
5

Start collecting data

Once configured, click "Collect Data" on any module page (News, Social, Forums, etc.) to pull in the latest mentions. Data begins populating your dashboard immediately.
TIP

You can add up to 10 keywords on the Starter plan, 25 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise.

System Requirements

Reputraq is a web-based SaaS platform. No software installation is required. You only need:

  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • An internet connection
  • A Reputraq account with an active subscription

Navigating the Interface

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard. The interface has three key areas:

  • Sidebar (left): Navigate between all modules — Dashboard, Social Media, News, Forums, Videos, Keywords, Competitors, Share of Voice, Sentiment, Reports, AI Chat, and Settings.
  • Main content area (center): Displays data, charts, tables, and analytics for the selected module.
  • Top bar: Shows your current project and account menu.
TIP

You can collapse the sidebar by clicking the chevron icon at the top to get more screen space.
