1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reputraq (“the Service”), operated by Reputraq Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reputraq is a real-time media intelligence and brand reputation monitoring platform. The Service aggregates publicly available data from Google News, social media platforms, forums, and other online sources to provide analytics, sentiment analysis, and reporting capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond permitted API usage
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service data without prior written consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Reputraq Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Policy. The Service collects and processes publicly available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data aggregated by the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reputraq Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
